Can I get my box gift wrapped?

We don't offer gift wrapping, but you wouldn't need to wrap your Plumme box anyway! It arrives beautifully designed and branded, so it’s ready to be gifted immediately. If you’d like to build your own box, we can offer our signature Plumme packaging (along with a note you can personalize) for a small additional fee.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada, as well as internationally. Please note there may be additional duties and taxes associated with international shipping.

Can you tell me exactly what’s in each box?

All Plumme boxes, whether Gift Boxes (Essential, Premium & Deluxe) or Baby Subscription Boxes (Walking, Crawling & Rolling memberships), will have slightly different items. It’s like a Kinder Surprise...you don’t know exactly what you’re going to get, but it’s going to be exactly what you need!

Our range is always growing, and we want to share as many great products with you as possible. Alternating products also means that even if there are two Premium Plumme boxes at a baby shower, mama-to-be won’t have to worry about double ups ;)

Do you offer returns?

We don’t offer returns for ‘change of mind’ reasons, but if there’s a problem with a product, please get in touch and we’ll find a solution. If something gets broken in transit or is faulty, we’ll replace it ASAP. If we no longer stock the product, we’ll replace it with one of a similar value.

Can I swap a product for something else?

To make things as easy as possible for you, we pre-pack every gift box - which means no swapsies.

How can I pay for my Plumme box?

There are lots of options - credit card, Paypal, or Apple Pay. You can choose the method that’s most convenient for you.

I bought the Baby Subscription Box ‘Walking’ or ‘Crawling’ membership - how do I redeem my 10% off code for all Boutique purchases?

As soon as you purchase your Walking or Crawling Baby Subscription Box membership you’ll be sent a confirmation email which has a special discount code. Happy shopping!

I love the subscription idea, but my baby is already 12 months! Do you offer subscriptions for 1-2 years or above?

Sorry, mama, to specialise in the 0-12 months category we only offer a Subscription Box with products to suit your baby’s first year earthside.

In saying this, our Boutique has lots of products (drink bottles, books, toys, blankets etc.) that you and your baby can use for at least a few years - then hand down to the next child. That’s the beauty of buying quality products. They last!
